We are a premier IT solutions provider, founded by Sean Gordon in 2012. Beginning as a small enterprise with a few clients, we quickly established ourselves as a trusted IT solutions company due to our reliable and diligent services. We now provide our IT services in Edmonton and area, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, St. Albert, Spruce Grove and other locations.
Sean was born and raised in Sherwood Park, AB. During his high school years, he gained an interest in computers from the day he built his first custom computer from all the individual parts and assembling them into a fully functional gaming PC. After high school, Sean wanted to learn more about computers and networking and wanted to turn his hobby into a career. Sean then went onto graduate from NAIT’s Computer Network Administration course at the top of his class and received the Deans Honor Role. For the next 5 years, Sean worked and gained business IT experience, working for various companies.
Sean always had a dream of starting his own business and applying his IT Experience and passion towards his own clients. In 2012, Streamline IT Solutions Inc was born. Streamline started out as a small company with a handful of clients but then quickly grew into the established well-respected company it is today.
When Sean is not working and when time and weather permits, he enjoys camping and fishing with friends and family. On weekends, you can find him golfing, relaxing at home or cheering on the Edmonton Oilers!
Josh grew up in Red Deer, AB and moved to the Edmonton area in 2012. He obtained his Network Administration Professional training at Red Deer College, graduating with honours.
As a young kid, Josh was always focused on technology, whether it was learning what makes an RC car go or how a video game system works. Once Josh got hands on that personal computer, he could not stop spending many hours on the first day (and beyond) tinkering with settings and browsing the internet; causing some things to break. He is eager to learn how to make computers safer and more secure so something bad could not happen.
We are proud to have him as our Network Operations Manager which encompasses different roles like project manager, systems analyst, and developer on a variety of technical and creative projects in fields, including computer applications and computer system upgrades. He primarily makes people the best at what they can be. This includes things outside the office, from art and programming to learning to cook. He is always looking for interesting problems to solve.

He is also very well travelled, having been to almost every continent in some shape or form, with the most recent country being Japan.
Francisco Da Costa, network technician, assists in resolving help desk tickets and answering general inquiries regarding IT issues. A recent hire, Francisco has been with Streamline for under a year, but previously worked in servicing point of sales machines and as help desk technician for consumer clients. Francisco is a graduate of the Grande Prairie Region College’s Computer Systems Technologies program, with an inclination in programming. When off the clock, Francisco can be found chatting with friends and family or studying Japanese in efforts to become trilingual.
Dakota does his best every day to ensure clients are up and running. It makes his day to be able to help a client through what would otherwise be a frustrating technical issue. He has worked previously as a deskside analyst and printer technician and is now Streamline's newest team member. At home, Dakota is often tinkering with his 3D printer, baking, or running tabletop games.
